DAVID SISLEN

David Sislen has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1978. Since 1986, he has been the President and Managing Director of BCC. Prior to founding BCC, Mr. Sislen was a senior vice president of CRI Inc., a real estate investment firm, where his responsibilities included the development, acquisition, and syndication of more than $650 million of commercial real estate including more than 4,100 hotel rooms and 1,350,000 square feet of office space. Mr. Sislen holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Tulane University. Mr. Sislen is a program adjunct faculty member at George Mason University, where he teaches Real Estate Finance in GMU’s Masters of Science in Real Estate program.


ANDREW NEW

Andrew New has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1984. Mr. New has been a principal of BCC Corporation since its inception. Mr. New’s primary responsibilities have included the acquisition, development, management, financing, and financial modeling of BCC’s assets and potential acquisitions. Mr. New also holds primary responsibility within the firm for the asset management of real estate assets owned by BCC and its affiliates. Prior to joining BCC, Mr. New was employed by the Artery Organization, a developer of residential properties and CRI, Inc. Mr. New received a BA in International Relations and Economics from Brown University.

WENDY HACKEY

Wendy Hackey has been the Director of Property Management for BCC since 2004. She has over 25 years of experience in real estate, investor services, and client relations. Prior to joining BCC, Ms. Hackey was employed by Steben & Company, a managed futures company. Ms. Hackey received a BFA in Visual Communications from Howard University.
